Hello Everyone,

In this tutorial, 

Let Us Install Open Mandrive LX 2014 on Virtual Box 

You Can Install in VMware Workstation or Microsoft Hyper-V also. 

Minimum System Requirements
1. 1.6GHz x86 Processor to Dual Core Processor.
2  1GB to 2GB of system memory (RAM).
3. 10GB to 20GB of Disk Space.
4. Graphics Card and Display capable of at least 1024x768.
5. Either a CD/DVD drive or a USB port for the installer media.
6. Internet Access

Step1:- First Download Virtual box setup below is this link to download 

select -- Virtual Box 4.3.12 for Windows hosts 32 bit.

Step2:- See My Video How to Install virtual box... By Below link

Step3:- Download VMware Workstation 10... By Below link

Step4:- Download ISO Image Open Mandrive LX 2014... By Below link
size - 1.7GB

For Full Screen Resolutions
Step5 :- sudo apt-get install virtualbox-guest-dkms virtualbox-guest-utils virtualbox-guest-x11                or
Step6 :- sudo apt-get install virtualbox-guest-dkms
Restart the VM and enjoy screen-size.

Mount the Guest Additions by selecting Devices -- Insert Guest Additions CD image… or you can press Host + D
Step7 :- run the VBoxLinuxAdditions.run script within the newly mounted cd  
          or  sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.sh

Software & Updates
Step1 :- Canonical Partners is checked.
Step2 :- sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Ubuntu restricted extras
Step3 :-  sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

Install Adobe Flash player
Step4 :- sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

Enable edge scrolling
Step5 :- mouse and setting

Install Dropbox and fix the indicator issue
Step6 :- sudo apt-get install nautilus-dropbox
             sudo apt-get install libappindicator1

Remove keyboard input from Unity Panel
Step7 :- System Settings- Text Entry and uncheck the Show current input
Step8 :- Fix brightness issue For Intel graphics

Step9   :- sudo apt-get install vlc
Step10 :- sudo apt-get install rar
Step11 :- sudo apt-get install skype

Install additional drivers in Ubuntu 14.10.

Improve battery life and reduce overheating
Step13 :- sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linrunner/tlp

               sudo apt-get install tlp tlp-rdw
               sudo tlp start

Tweak Unity and Gnome
Step14 :- sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool
              sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool

Before You Start Making Custom Thumbnails You Need to Have 
1.  A GIMP Image Editor 
2.  Images(atleast 5 or 8 Images you need to have that too any image you can have).
3.  Social Media Icons( facebook, subscription, twiiter and googleplus)


 You Can Create Your Own Custom Thumbnails in Ubuntu 14.04 & 14.10 Desktop Computer.

First You Have to Download GIMP Image Editor version 2.8 from Below link..

                    Note :- You need to Download for Ubuntu Supported.
after download doubleclick on gimp then install it after successful install search for gimp image editor in search bar top of ubuntu left side.

Step1 :- Open GIMP Image Editor

Step2 :- Press (ctrl N) To Create a New Image and click on new template and select image size how much you required. click on Ok.
Step3 :- Press (ctrl alt o) simulated press three keys .. select images  
Step4 :- Now below this the sample image that i have selected around 8 images.
Step5 :- Open Layers - Brushes (click on windows and then click on recent closed Dock) if already open dont do it and you will see all images are there. 
Step6 :- Adjust the images like separate them from mouse you can do it.
Step7 :- just left click from your mouse to any image and go to SCALE LAYER
and adjust the size according to your purpose click on ok.
Step8 :- this is how i up the same size to everyone of image. you can change the design of thumbnail.
Step9 :- press (ctrl B) for NewTool Box and Star symbol to arrange images
Step10 :- Click on "A" symbol to edit or write a name on images. like below is the image to do it.
Step11 :- click on any images or icons to edit or write names on it. you can also add colours different and font also you can change.


Finally it will looks like below image..
